If you initially chose to decline the ability for your child to play using our restricted KinzChat PLUS, but have now decided to allow it, you can log into your parental account and turn the access on. Go to Parent's Area now.

If you would like to prevent your child from playing in the KinzChat PLUS area of the Clubhouse, please go to the Parent's Area on the Webkinz World homepage and set up a parent account. This will eliminate access to the restricted KinzChat PLUS area, but your child will still be able to play in the regular KinzChat area of the Clubhouse, using our contructed KinzChat system. Go to Parent's Area now.

If your child currently has access to KinzChat PLUS and you'd like to remove it, you can go to the Parent's Area on the Webkinz World homepage. Create an account and it will remove your child's access to KinzChat PLUS. If you ever want to restore access, you can use this account to log back into the tool and reinstate access. Go to Parent's Area now.

There are two reasons you might not be able to play in the restricted KinzChat PLUS area. If you have broken the KinzChat PLUS rules, you may be banned from that area. If you received a letter in your room telling you that you were banned, you cannot play in the restricted KinzChat PLUS area until the ban is over. The KinzPost letter should've explained this to you. If you did not break the rules, used to have access to KinzChat PLUS and now it is turned off, please speak to your parents. They are the only ones who should be making those changes to your account.
