- Lost, stolen or missing Feature Codes
- We're sorry, but there's no way for us to replace a lost, stolen or missing Feature Code. To get a new Feature Code, please look for a Webkinz product with a plus symbol on it. Please be sure to keep any future Feature Codes in a safe place.
- We unlocked the Feature Code on the wrong account
- Unfortunately, we are unable to undo the use of a Feature Code. When a Feature Code is used on an account, it must remain on that account.
- We didn't get the right prize
- Some of the prizes unlocked through Feature Codes are random. If the prize a feature unlocks is random, there's no way to predict what you'll get. If the prize is not random, you'll get a specific prize. The prizes that come with trading cards are completely random. If you didn't get the prize you were looking for this time, hopefully you will next time!
- Our Feature Code won't work
- Please remember that you can only use a Feature Code one time. If you have already used your Feature Code, you cannot use it again. If you are not completely accurate when entering the Feature Code in the Code Shop, it will not work. If the code is retired, it will not work. Please try entering your code carefully in the Code Shop again, if that does not help please fill out all the information below and remember to only use letters and numbers (no dashes) when entering your Feature Code in the space provided.
